LEVELLAND (Special) - Services for Robert Hal Richards, 80, of Morton are pending with George C. Price Funeral Directors. He died at 4 a.m. Friday in Lubbock's St. Mary's Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born in Bosque County and moved to Morton in 1952. He married Loma McMillan in 1933, in Clovis, N.M. He was a retired mail carrier and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars in Levelland, Texas and Missionary Baptist Church in Morton, Texas. Robert Hal "Rob" Richards was buried 08 Jan 1990 in the City of Levelland Cemetery. Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. at Geo. C. Price Chapel with the Rev. Nolan Sumner, a retired Baptist minister, now living in Carrolton, Texas, officiating. The Rev. Merle Fulmer, pastor of Fifth Baptist Church, assisted.
