Oscar Ray McNelly, 91, of Belton died April 18, 1982 in a Kileen hospital. Graveside services were held at Albany Cemetery. He was born Oct5ober 15, 1890 at Cottonwood, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Frank McNelly. He lived in the Albany and Cisco areas for many years where he was an oil well driller.
