L.F. (Lonie Francis) Copeland was son of Willie and Donie (Lloyd) Copeland. They were Texas farmers. L.F. Copeland married his 1st wife Lena Inez Morris, 27 Nov 1935. Lena Inez died 31 Jan 1947.Lonie and Inez had 2 sons and 2 daughters: 1. Helen Elizabeth Copeland (b/d 10 dec 1937} 2. Billy Francis Copeland (b/d 21 Jun 1942) 3. Linda Sue Copeland (b/d 8 mar 1945) 4. Darrell Duane Copeland (b/d 1946) . Lonie Franics then married his 2nd wife Audrey Pearl Phillips on 22 jul 1947,on Audrey's birthday (22 jul 1916), in Dickens Co.,Spur, Texas. Lonie Francis and Audrey had 1 daughter and 2 sons. 1 Patricia Ann Copeland (b/d 5 Jul 1948) 2. Lonnie Ray Copeland (b/d 21 Apr 1954) 3. DANNY JOE COPELAND (b/d 17 Mar 1960) L.F. took in and raised four stepsons, sons from Audrey and her first husband (Scoggins). L.F. was a Master Drill Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.
