Hillsboro Evening Mirror January 31, 1947 Mrs. Lonnie Copeland Mrs. Lonnie F. Copeland, 24 years of age, died at her home a mile west of Aquilla at 6 Friday morning. Funeral services will probably be held Saturday afternoon at Marshall and Marshall. Interment will be in the Peoria Cemetery. Mrs. Copeland the former Lena Inez Morris was a native of Vernon and had lived in Hill County most of her life. She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, four children, Helen Copeland, Billy F. Copeland, Linda Sue Copeland and Darrell Duane Copeland; her mother, Mrs. May Wilson of Clifton: three brothers and three sisters. Mother of Helen, Billy, Linda, Darrell.
