Daughter of John Conner Spencer of Ohio and Clara E. Massie of Missouri. Wife of George Emerson Munn of Fairfield, Clay County, Nebraska; married on 07 August 1910 in Ansley, Custer County, Nebraska. "Flora Cecile (Spencer) Munn born July 21, 1890 at the Spencer Homestead north of Mason City to John Conner Spencer and Clara (Massey) Spencer. She graduated from the tenth grade from Mason City in 1909. In 1910, August 7, she was married to George Emerson Munn. To this union were born the following children: Iola R. (Munn) Case, Ansley; Rowena U. Trew, Lincoln; Naomi Fox, Broken Bow; Georgena D. Miller, Ansley; John L. Munn, Gerald E. Munn, Denver, Colorado; Marvin L., Bonnie Wilson, Litchfield; George E. of Canal Zone, Panama; Donna Henion, Kalamazoo, Michigan; one sister, Ruth J. Bigsby, Gering; one niece, Mildred Clayton, Alma; one nephew, Irwin Newman, North Platte survive her. Also 31 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death besides her husband were an infant twin daughter, Betty Lee, and two sons, John L. and Marvin L. Cecile passed away at Jenny Melham Long Term Care at Broken Bow, December 7, 1981. Interment at Ansley Cemetery after funeral at Christian Church, Ansley. Rev. Crawford and Rev. Ferguson officiating."
