Bio
Regena Elizabeth Haller was born on Oct. 18, 1877 in Nebraska. Her father was Karl Haller and her mother was Elizabeth Hess. Regena married Stanley Vernon Carr on January 24, 1907 in Red Cloud, Webster, Nebraska. Regena was 19 and Stanley was 39. Stanley had been married before to Lillieth (Lela) L. Fairchild on April 12, 1890 at Grand Island, Nebraska. Stanley and Regena had two sons Q Vernon born December 12, 1907 and Lloyd Rodney born April 24, 1909. Stanley and Regena later divorced, and Regena had the boys with her. Stanley went back to his first wife, and it is believed he married her again. Regena married Wayne Bogart April 10, 1929. Wayne was a registered pharmacist. Regina and Wayne lived in Kansas City, Missouri and worked for Fern Laundry for many years. On the 1930 Federal Census her occupation was listed as a bookkeeper at a Laundry. Wayne and Regena were living in Kansas City when Regena died of pneumonia on December 10, 1958. She was 71. Regena Bogart was buried at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Jackson County, Missouri on December 13, 1958.
