Beloved wife of Phillip Holbrook, who she married on December 14, 1918. Mother of Ruth(Herbert Pennington-Herbert Jr., Kenneth, Eddie Lee), Orpha, Edgar(Dorthy Overton-Gary Lynn, Phoebe , Amy Beth), Flora(James Cecil Jordan-James jr, Terry, David, Anita, Rita), Noah(Anna 1st-Nedlan Glenna 2nd-Susan & Eva Martha 3rd), Samantha ( Rebecca Sue ), Wiburn and Opal(Bill-Debby,Brenda, Forrest ). Great grandma to all the ones that followed. It's hard to believe but she's also great, great, great grandma now. Loved by all that met her. She was forever young and the strength of the family. She was the daughter of Elbert and Samantha Jane Castle Salyers. Sister of Hendrix B., Susan Ellen , Dora C., Maggie L., Minnie, Henry Scott, Luther, William Harrison and Orbin .
