Wife of Herbert Pennington and Mother of Herbert, Jr., Kenny, and Eddie Lee. She was the daughter of Phillip and Melissa Holbrook. Sister of Orpha , Edgar (Dorthy Overton-Gary Lynn, Phoebe , Amy Beth), Flora (James Cecil Jordan-James jr, Terry, David, Anita, Rita), Noah (Anna 1st-Nedlan Glenna 2nd-Susan & Eva Martha 3rd), Samantha ( Rebecca Sue , Wiburn and Opal ( Bill - Debby, Brenda, Forrest ). She was forever young . Granddaughter of Elbert and Samantha Jane Castle Salyers. She lived most of her life in Deleware.
