Meinhardt HARDIN, MT. --- Mary Pauline Meinhardt, 90 of Hardin, formerly of Custer, died Jan. 27, 2006, in the Heritage Acres Nursing Home. She was born June 25, 1915 in Linton, N.D., a daughter of Ludwig and Mary Vetch Buechler. She was one of 11 children born to the Buechler family. She was united in marriage to Carl Meinhardt on Nov. 13, 1937 in Bridger, MT. The couple resided in Bridger until moving to Hardin in 1943, and later settling in Custer in 1966. Carl died in 1988. Mary loved to read and was always current on local and world issues. Her parents; sister, Sophie; brother's, Carl, Joe, Roy, Martin, Matt, Ben, preceded Mary in death. Survivors include her children, Loretta (Fred) Call Sr., of Arizona, and Theodore Meinhardt of Washington, Grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as her siblings, Deana (Everett) Stoltz of Livingston, MT., Ole (Mona) Buechler of Billings, MT., Tony (Corrine) Buechler of Hardin, MT., numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place in the Bullis-Eastern Montana Crematory Memorial graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday Feb, 3, in the Custer Cemetery, Custer, MT. Bullis Mortuary of Hardin has been entrusted with the arrangements.
