Stanley Albert Rejsek Sr., 82, of East Bernard, died Saturday, November 10, 2012 in Wharton. He was born April 9, 1930 in Danube, Minnesota, to Albert and Mary Hlavinka Rejsek. Stanley was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, KJT and the American Legion. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his daughter, Annette Novak and husband Raymond, 2 sisters, Celestine Kucera and Agnes Litvik and husband Oscar, Brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws; Rosie Rogers and husband Steve, Ernest Matlock and wife Regina, James Matlock and Bill Denton. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Annie Mae, son, Stanley Albert Rejsek Jr., brothers; Jim, Frank and Joe Rejsek, sisters; Mary Serbus and Stella Kucera. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Holy Cross Catholic Church in East Bernard with Father Don Rupert officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Holy Cross Catholic Church with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M.
