Bio
Services for Frank T. Malone Sr., 72, of Fayette, formerly of Bettendorf, will be 1 p.m. today at Floral Hills Funeral Home, rural Oelwein. Burial will be made in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. Mr. Malome died Saturday at Palmer Lutheran Hospital West Union. He retired in 1979 as an inspector after 28 years at Sivyer Steel Com. Bettendorf. He married Anna Hope in 1952 in Bettendorf. During World Warr II, he served in the Army. He belonged to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9128, Bettendorf. Memorials may be made to the family. Survivors include in wife, daughters, Angela Olson-Zacharias, Cedar Falls; and Linda Franklin sons, Frank Jr., Fayette; and Gary A. Westgate; eight grandchildrenl; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Durand,of Indiana; Maria Ziemba and Hazel Tallmage, both of Omaha, Neb., and Shirley Uva, of California; and brothers, Richard and George both of Bettendorf; and Charles, Sun Valley, Calif.
