Man Collapses While At Work Raymond W. Malone, 43 at 1817 W. 17th St., Davenport was pronounced dead on arrive at Mercy Hospital Wednesday afternoon after he collapsed while working at the Pillsbury Co. terminal in Buffalo. A fellow employee working nearby said Mr Malone was walking toward a lunchroom when he suddenly appeared to lose his balance and grabbed a handrail. Ray Diekmann, plant superintendent, said the employee went to Malone's aid and lowered his gently to the floor. He quoted Malone as saying "I'm dizzy and want to lie down. Malone lost consciousness and an ambulance was called, Diekmann said. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Runge Chapel. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation is after 7 p.m. today at the mortuary. Mr. Malone was born in Genoa, Neb. He married Patricia Haigh June 19, 1965, in Aledo, ILL. Survivors include in wife; a son, Raymond Jr., and daughters, Vickie, Kathy and Nancy, all at home; brothers, Frank, LeClaire; John, Leon Iowa; Clarence, Grand Prairie, Tex.; Charles, Sun Valley, Calif.; George and Richard both of Bettendorf, and James, Davenport, and sisters, Helen Durand, Grand Prairie; Marie Zimba, and Hazel Telmege, both of Omaha, Neb.; Violet McDonald, Clinton and Shirley Uva, Sun Valley.
