'''''''''''''''''' Seward Independent (Seward, Nebr.), August 24, 1949, p. 1, col. 6 Funeral Services Tuesday For Mrs. Josephine Policky Funeral services were held at the Catholic church in Bee Tuesday forenoon for Mrs. Josephine Policky, who died at her home northwest of Bee, Saturday evening at the age of 74 years, eight months and two day. She came to America 57 years ago, and had lived in this community ever since. Her husband passed away Jan. 4, 1931. Eleven children survive, as follows: Ludwig Policky, Seward; Mrs. James Krenk, David City; Martin Policky, Bee; Mrs. Anton Krenk, Dwight; Mrs. John Hert, Dwight; Tom Policky, Seward; Mrs. Frank Stoupa, Seward; Mrs. Stanley Hollu, O'Neill; Jos. Policky, Utica; Anton Policky, Seward, and Mrs. Jos. Liska. Burial was in the Dwight cemetery.
