Born in Popovice 17, Brno, Moravia, Austria-Hungary. The Brainard Clipper (Brainard, Nebr.), May 14, 1931, p. 5, col. 4 JOSEPH PATOCKA DEAD Joseph Patocka, a resident of Loma for many years, died yesterday (Wednesday) at St. Joseph's home for the aged at West Point, Nebr., where he had been for the past few months. The remains were brought to Loma the same day and funeral services will be held at the St. Luke Church in that place tomorrow (Friday) morning.
