Fort Bend Herald, January 24, 2008: Funeral services for Betty J. Bienek, 88, of Needville, TX., are at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2008, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Needville, with Father Don Schwarting officiating. Interment follows in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery in Needville. The family receives friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a rosary being recited at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Betty was born March 17, 1919 in Fairchilds to Joe B. and Hattie Chernosek Vacek. She passed away Wednesday, Jan. 23, in Richmond. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Hattie Vacek; sisters, Monica Vacek and Alma Sabrsula; and brother, Alphonse Vacek. Betty is survived by her husband of 67 years, Frank Bienek; daughter, Delores McCauley and husband, Ralph; son, Frank Bienek, Jr.; grandchildren, Ralph McCauley III and wife, Peggy, Brent McCauley and wife, Raeven, Chris Bienek and wife, Marissa, Rian Bienek, and Kyle Bienek; great-grandson, Ralph Benjamin McCauley II; sister, Estelle Kaderka and husband, Jerry; along with other relatives and many friends. Pallbearers are Brent McCauley, Ralph McCauley III, Chris Bienek, Kyle Bienek, Tommy Kaderka, and Don Sabrsula. For those wishing, memorial donations may be made in memory of Betty to St. Michael's Catholic Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 95, Needville, TX., 77461.
