Bio

Victor was born to Emma & Ira Howard. Married Dorothy Ann Fisher August 16,1950 had five childern live Vicki Marie, Debra Ann, Bradley Clifford, Emma Fern and Edward Brent. He built a hay grinding business that was very good to him. Victor was a happy man. He was loved very much and will be missed, God Bless his soul.
