Bio

Ruby Fern Skelton Brow Hall died July 24, 1991, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was the daughter of Ralph and Emma Tyson Skelton. She married George Henry Brow in Douglas, Wyoming in October 1933. He died in October 1954. She then married Cloyd Talbert Hall on February 28, 1956, in Boulder, Montana. He died in December 1988. She is survived by her daughter, Fern C. Ovenden of Harlingen, Texas; sons, George R. Brow of Springfield, Ore., Loss J. Brow of Hillsboro, Ore., and Gary L. and Terry R. Hall, both of Salt Lake City; stepson, Mike Hall of Barstow, Calif.; sister, Rosezella Ramsey of Colorado Springs, Colo.; six half brothers and sisters; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Lawrence E. Brow; her parents; and two sisters. (Information was obtained from her obituary in the Douglas Budget, Douglas, Wyoming.)
