U. S. Army Veteran of World War II. Member of the Blinded Veterans Organization and the Lost Batallion POW Association. Information extracted from San Antonio Express News Obituary. Served with the 2nd Battation, 131st Field Artillery, 36th Infantry Division - The Lost Battalion in World War II. Held as prisoner by the Japanese for 3-1/2 years.
