Bio

Mildred Nemeskal, 90, of Ord died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011, at the Valley View Living Center in Ord. Mildred was born Aug. 7, 1917, in Fillmore County to Frank and Marie (Bartu) Elznic. On March 27, 1940, Mildred was united in marriage to Lumire Nemeskal at Broken Bow. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Lumire, on Nov. 25, 1973, and son, Richard Nemeskal. Mildred is survived by: sisters, Agnes Stofer of Geneva and Emilye Zenisek of Milligan. Burial was in the Douglas Grove Cemetery, Comstock, NE. Published in The Grand Island Independent on September 14, 2011
