She had lived in the Tidwell area all her life. Funeral services will be at the Tidwell Baptist Church at 2:30 p.m. today. Officiating will be the Rev. Fred L. Chambers, Rev. B. J. Bell and Rev. William Pratt. Burial will be in Tidwell Cemetery with Coker – Mathews – Peters Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Pearce was born Oct. 1, 1888, in Hunt County, the daughter of Jake Miller and Nannie Chapman Miller. She married to William Claude Pearce August 24, 1905, in Greenville. Survivors include two sons, Clarence Pearce of Greenville and Hubert Dick Pearce of Garland; one daughter, Mrs. Hick Beene of Greenville; one sister, Mrs. Nannie B. Beane of Greenville; four grandchildren and one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Lloyd Jacobs, A. V. Henslee, Carl Jacobs, A. Z. Puckett, W. C. Gray and W. E. Risener.
