Salina Journal, Nov. 5, 1975: RAYMOND W. PILCHER GLASCO --- Graveside services for Raymond W. Pilcher, 84, formerly of Glasco, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Glasco cemetery, the Rev. Dean Donner officiating. Mr. Pilcher died Monday at Mount Carmel hospital, Pittsburg, Kas. He was born Aug. 7, 1891, east of Glasco and lived in the area most of his life. He was a truckdriver and worked for many years at a Glasco garage. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the United Methodist Church. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Betty Heiser, Pittsburg; one sister, Mrs. Grace Pearson, Glasco; 2 brothers, Lester, Glasco, and Gaylord, Bennington, and three great-grandchildren.
