~0bit~Eleanor Grace Foushee, 44, wife of James Clinton Foushee of Rock Island, Illinois and a former Cedar Rapids resident, died in a Moline, Illinois Hospital Wednesday. Born March 11, 1923, in Troy Mills, daughter of Mary Josephine Dudley and James Lowell Powell, she was married March 2, 1946 in Iowa City, Iowa, to James Clinton Foushee. She is survived by her husband; a son, Seaman Apprentice James Clinton Foushee Jr.; three sisters, Mrs. Vera Fuessley, Troy Mills, Mrs. Eva Blin, Marion, and Mrs. Helen Kelso, Cedar Rapids; four brothers, Harlin Powell of Central City, Arthur Powell of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, William Powell of Rowley, and Elzo Powell of Coggon. Services: 10 Saturday at Knox Larson Funeral Home in Rock Island. Graveside services at 1:115 at Troy Mills. (She was later taken to Rock Island and buried there.)
