Edmund A. Brune son of Edward and Emilie Florentine Brune.Edmund A. Brune married Mary Millie Dolezal. -------- Brune, Edmund A Edmund Brune Funeral Held in Palacios Funeral services for Edmund A. Brune, 66, of Palacios were held Monday morning, Oct. 3. at Palacios, with burial in the afternoon at Weimar Masonic [Odd Fellows] Cemetery. Rev. J. R. Guin of Trinity Baptist Church of Palacios officiated. Mr. Brune died early Saturday morning, Oct. 1, in Matagorda General Hospital, Bay City, after a lengthy illness He was born and reared at Weimar but had lived in Palacios many years. He had retired from employment with Aluminum Co. of America. He is survived by his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Tremmel (Joyce) Hunter, Mrs. Sharon Deen, Mrs. Ralph {Mary Ann) Brown, all of Palacios, and Mrs. Andy (Debbie) Weed of West Columbia; five sans, Lavarne, Kenneth, Jack, Royce and Michael, all of Palacios; 14 grandsons; four sisters, Mrs. Charles (Alma) Hattermann Sr., Mrs. Bernard (Elsie) Braden, Mrs. Richard (Lillie) Freis, all of WeImar, and Mrs. James (Leona) Llvingstone of Grandview; and three brothers, Henry of Weimar, Eddie of Killeen and Leroy of Houston. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Max, Alfred and Adolph. Pallbearers were David Anders, George Capak, Darrel Capak, Jimmie Oglesby, Rodney Tucker and Howard Gibson.
