Parents: Edmund Brune and Mary Dolezal Brune Siblings: Sonny Brune, Kenneth Brune (deceased), Joyce Brune Hunter, Sharon Brune Dean (deceased), Mary Ann Brune Brown, Royce Wayne Brune, Michael Brune (deceased), Deborah Brune Williams Wife: Brenda Dumas Brune (deceased) Child: B J Brune Jack Franklin Brune, 76, Of Blessing passed away with his family by his side, on August 2, 2021. He was born September 3, 1944 in Blessing, Texas to the late Edmond and Mary Millie Brune. Jack had a love for hunting, he enjoyed his job and fellow workers, loved doing yard work and spending as much time as he could with his grandchildren. Jack was a simple, structured and generous man. He is survived by his son, Bobby Brune and wife Jessica of Blessing; daughter-in-law, Nicole Brune of Bay City; sisters, Mary Ann Brown (Ralph) and Joyce Hunter of Palacios; Debbie Williams (Rick) of El Campo; brothers, Royce Brune (Patty) of Wharton and Sonny Brunce (JoAnn) of Markham. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Blake, Brandon, Bobby, Brendi, Braztyn, Kyle and Kayla; great-granchildren, Lane Lilliann and on on the way, Lathan; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Jack will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Kenneth and Michael; and sister, Sharon Dean. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements and services under personal care of Grace Funeral Chapel in Port Lavaca.
