PALACIOS--Kenneth Edmund Brune, Sr., 56, of Palacios, died Sunday, April 9, 1995. He was born Feb. 5, 1939 in Weimer to Mary Dolezal Brune of Palacios and the late Edmund August Brune. He was a member of the Catholic Church, Masonic Lodge No. 990 and the National Guard. Survivors: wife, Bobbie Tolleson Brune; sons, Kenneth E., Brune, Jr. and Robert W. Brune, both of Palacios and Keith E. Brune of Markham; sisters, Joyce Hunter, Sharon Dean and Mary Ann Brown, all of Palacios, and Debra Weed of Bay City; brothers, Sonny Brune of Markham, Royce Brune of Wharton, and Michael Brune and Jack Brune both of Palacios; and four grandchildren. Rosary: 7 p.m. tonight, Taylor Brothers Funeral Home chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday, St. Anthony's Catholic Church, the Rev. Casey Jarzombek officiating.
