Bio

James Welch Alford, 79, died at the home of his daughter where he had lived since 1938. Services were held at the First Baptist Church at Antelope. James Alford was a well known men in Graham where he and his brother lived and worked for many years. Welch Alford was the City of Graham scavenger for many years.
