Bio

Charles B. Pavlu, 87, of El Campo died April 17, 2010. He was born Sept. 14, 1922 in Garwood to the late Charles and Adena Beal Pavlu. He is survived by his five children, three brothers; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Hattie Kresta Pavlu. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Monday, with a rosary at 7 p.m., at Triska Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Andrew Catholic Church. Graveside services with military honors will follow at St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery under the auspices of American Legion Post 251. Triska Funeral Home, El Campo.
