Mrs. Marek Dies; Rites To Be Held Friday Mrs. Veronica Marek, 86, died Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 28, at the West Brethren Church at 3:00 p.m. Rev. John Bravenec and Rev. F.J. Kostohryz will officiate. Burial will be in West Brethren Memorial Park. Survivors are three sons: Jim Marek, Emil Marek and Frank Marek, all of Abbott and five daughters, Mrs. Frank Veselka and Mrs. John Veselka of Waco, Mrs. Willie Mikeska of Grand Prairie, Mrs. Frank Simcik of Temple and Mrs. Otto Graeser of Dallas.
