James "Jimmy" William Brazeal, 68, of Paris died Monday, Jan. 19, 2010, at his residence. Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home is to conduct graveside services at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, at McDonald cemetery with Rev. Don Morton officiating. The family receives friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. He was born Nov. 6, 1941, in Paris, a son of Charlie Lee and Tollie Lavada Russell Brazeal. He was retired from Babcock and Wilcox and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Lodge 902. He loved the outdoors and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Joe Bob Brazeal; and sisters, Doris Watkins and Billie McNeal. Survivors include children, Jeff Brazeal and wife, Michelle, of Paris, Michael Brazeal of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Brandon Brazeal of Paris and Tyler Brazeal of Rockwall; and a brother, Jerry Brazeal. Pallbearers will be Tyler Brazeal, Brandon Brazeal, Jerry Wayne Brazeal and Curtis Freeman.
