THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, February 9, 2001: "Billie Ruth McNeal, 74, of Paris died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, in the Chapel of Gene Roden's Sons Funeral Home, with the Rev. James Elsom officiating. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Cemetery. She was born Jan. 28, 1927, in the Atlas community to Charlie Lee Brazeal and Jollie Laveda Russell. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include a daughter, Judy Floyd of Paris; a son, Larry McNeal of Greenville and two brothers, Jimmy Brazeal and Jerry Brazeal, both of Paris; and one grandchild, Susan Floyd." Her maiden name was Brazeal. She married my father Harold Mcneal who is buried at Restland cemetary at Roxton, TX. Her mother's maiden name was Russell. My grandmother was Tollie Russell who married my grandfather, Charlie Brazeal
