Mrs. John Divin Sr. Claimed By Death Mrs. John Divin, Sr., age 62, passed away at her home here on Wednesday of this week. Funeral services will be held at the residence at 9:30 a.m. and at the Catholic church at 10 a.m. Saturday, Rev. E.J. Polcak officiating. Interment will be in the Catholic cemetery. Mrs. Divin was born in Czechoslovakia, coming to the United States and this community 51 years ago. She is survived by her husband; six daughters, Mrs. Joe Mikeska, Mrs. Louis A. Karlik, Mrs. John Sulak, Miss Frances Divin, all of West, Mrs. Floyd Smajstrla of Ft. Worth and Mrs. R. Krizan of Dallas; 5 sons, John A. and George of West, Frank V. of Lovelace, Louis and Adolph, both with the U.S. armed forces; a brother Anton Bacak of Jordantown, Texas, and two brothers in Europe; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Pustejovsky and Mrs. Frank Nors of West and one sister in Europe; 16 grandchildren.
