Mary Adolphina Divin Sulak, 88, of Marlin, entered into rest on Thursday, May 24, 2007. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Saturday June 2, 2007, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West with the Rev. Christopher Ferrer as celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mary was born in Tours, Texas, to the late Jan and Johanna (Bacak) Divin and lived in the West area for over 30 years. She moved with her family to Marlin, Texas, in 1952 and lived there over 50 years. She recently moved to Liberty, Texas, to be close to her family. She enjoyed baking Kolaches, playing 42 and Bingo, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, John Daniel Sulak; and their son, Thomas Sulak. She is survived by daughter, Pamela Watson and husband, Denman, of Liberty, TX; son, Donald Sulak, of Pflugerville, TX; grandchildren, Debbie Sulak and husband, Jason, Trey Watson and wife, Christal, Crickett Watson and wife, Kristina, Janet Branum and husband, Shawn; great-grandchildren, Laura Sulak, Jon Ray Watson, Kindell Watson, Wyatt Watson, and Alyssa Branum; sister, Frances Lehr, of Arlington, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
