Mrs. Polansky, 79, Dies; Rites Held Wednesday Mrs. John (Mary) Polansky, 79, of West died Monday evening in Hillsboro Hospital. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West. Requiem mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Polansky was born in Czechoslovakia. She lived in the West area for the past 70 years. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, the Altar-Rosary Society and the KJZT Society Number 11 in West. Mr. Polansky died in July, 1967. Survivors include three sons, Frank Polansky, Jr., Adolph Polansky and John J. Polansky, all of West; a brother, Frank Ruzicka of Sugar Land; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Smajstrla and Mrs. Vinc (Mollie) Urbanovsky of Abbott; 24 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Anton Polansky, Henry Polansky, Frankie Polansky, Johnny C. Polansky, Joe Polansky and John H. Polansky.
