Frank J. Polansky, 68, of Route 2, West, died Monday night in a Temple hospital. Rosary was recited Tuesday, March 17, at Kotch Funeral Chapel in West. Mass of Christian Burial was at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Msgr. George Doskocil was celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Polansky, a retired farmer, was born in West and lived in the West area all of his life. He married Mary Hynek July 23, 1935. He was a member of St. Mary's Church and the KJT Society No. 31. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Frank J. Polansky, Jr., John C. Polansky, Raymond Polansky and Jimmy Polansky, all of West; two daughters, Mrs. John (Mary) Pustejovsky of Abbott and Mrs. Jerry (Agnes) Kostroun of Cameron; two brothers, Adolph Polansky and John Polansky, both of West; and 16 grandchildren. Active Pallbearers were Charles Beseda, Billy Joe Beseda, Henry Beseda, Jr., Jerome Polansky, Anton Polansky and Henry Polansky. Kotch Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
