Funeral Services Held Monday For Mrs. Moncrief Mrs. Ruby Kocian Moncrief, age 48, resident of 518 N. 12th St., Waco, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 1964 in a Waco hospital after an illness of eight years. Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, in St. Mary's Church of Assumption, West, with Rev. James Quilter officiating. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Rosary was recited in the Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Moncrief was born in West and had lived in Waco for the past 30 years. Prior to her illness she was employed at the J.M. Wood Manufacturing Co. in Waco. She was a member of St. Mary's Church of Assumption in Waco. Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. August Kocian, Sr., of West; four sisters, Miss Hattie Kocian, Mrs. Adolph Volcik, Mrs. Raymond Schroeder and Mrs. Floyd Wolf, all of West; four brothers, Albin Kocian of West, Bernard Kociank August Kocian, Jr., and Walter Kocian, all of Waco. Pallbearers were Ted Kocian, Albin Laubert, Herman Lander, and Ernest Nors of West, Steve Abraham of Bremond and Frankie Kostecka of Waco.
