Bio

Mrs. Rosie W. Kyselka, age 88, of 306 E. Columbus St. in West passed away Wednesday, July 4, 1984 in a Waco Nursing Home. Mrs. Kyselka was born December 16, 1895 in McLennan County. She married Lee Kyselka in West August 14, 1914. He preceded her in death in 1949. She was a housewife, a former member of the Catholic Daughters of America and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption and Altar Rosary Society. She is survived by four sons; Willie Kyselka of Birome, Edwin Kyselka of West, Joe Kyselka of Fort Worth and Herman Kyselka of Lawton, Oklahoma; four daughters, Christine Adair of Ingleside, Texas, Eileen Evanich of Springfield, Ill., Rosie Eastwood of Rt. 5, Waco and Marlene Wilkinson of Ft. Worth; two brothers, Raymond Slovak of Temple and John Slovak of Dallas; three sisters, Janie Slovak and Lillie Chada both of Los Angeles, California and Albina Kabella of Temple; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 1984 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with Rev. B.J. Zientek as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were Mike Kostecka, James Kostecka, Bobby Kostecka, Glenn Eastwood, Nicky Eastwood, and Randy Eastwood.
