Bio

Fred J. Russell was born at Platte Center, NE and passed away in Arcadia after an illness of four months. He was taken to the home of his daughter Mrs. Carol Lutz, where loving hands had constantly cared for him. He was a Christian and a consistant member of the Congregational church and during the months of patient suffering his hope and trust was in his Master. He leaves to mourn his going five children -- Mrs. Carol [Alberta] Lutz and Winifred of Arcadia; Mrs. Ada Holmes and Ora of Shelton, WA; and Dwain of Shelton, NE -- also eight grandchildren. He also leaves two brothers -- Harry of Medford, OR, and Bert of Broken Bow, and one sister, Mrs. Ollie Kunkle of San Francisco, CA. One daughter, Mrs. Ethel Woody, two sisters -- Mrs. Grace Dockhorn and Myrtle and a brother, Milo preceded him in death.
