Jeanine Fullmer Leftwich November 1, 1934 ~ April 28, 2009 Jeanine Fullmer Leftwich, age 74, crossed peacefully April 28, 2009. She was born November 1, 1934 in Springville, Utah to Ralph and Emma Katrina Nelson Fullmer. She was a sibling of nine sisters and five brothers. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jeanine married Jack Leftwich and were the parents of four children, Katrina (Craig) Olsen, John (MaryLu) Leftwich, Linda (Terry) Cooper, and Kelly (Shelley) Leftwich. She is the grandmother of 14 and the great-grandmother of 32. The family spent many wonderful vacations following the national boat racing association and made many wonderful friends in their travels. Jack and Jeanine were later divorced. Jeanine was a beautiful homemaker with a natural talent to make any dwelling feel like a home. Her door was always open to family and friends and loved to be surrounded by them. She was a fantastic cook and truly enjoyed preparing meals for large groups, especially for the holidays. You could never leave her home without having a bite to eat! In her earlier years, she enjoyed square dancing, belly dancing, camping, fishing, crocheting, and music of all kinds. She had a contagious personality and loved to travel. Her favorite travels were with her brothers and sisters for quick trips to Mesquite and Las Vegas. Her brothers and sisters would gather for each other's birthdays and did so throughout their lives. Jeanine was preceded in death by three brothers, six sisters and her grandson Michael Cooper. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 1, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 E. Center, Provo, Utah. Friends may call at the mortuary Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to services. Interment will be at East Lawn Memorial Hills, 4800 North 650 East, Provo, Utah. Published in the Daily Herald on Apr 30, 2009
