Mark Eckland Fullmer, 76, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 in Orem, Utah. He was born August 11, 1940 in Spanish Fork, Utah to Ralph and Emma Katrina Nelson Fullmer. He was the youngest of 15 children, which included 10 girls and 5 boys. Mark loved all sports, while attending Provo High School he made the All-Star teams in football and basketball. He joined the Army in 1958 to 1960. He worked as a welder for PDM in Provo, Utah for many years. Mark was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was always ready to play sports for his Sunset Ward in Provo. He is survived by his son, Michael Charles Fullmer of Orem, Utah; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and brother, Ralph Jr.(Dee) Fulllmer of Provo, Utah. He is preceded in death by wives, Jacqueline Cozette and Carol Ann Fullmer; brothers, Clay (Marge), Verl (Julie) and Lawrence Fullmer; sisters, Maxine (Tom) Hickman, Fay (Curt) Chipman, Erma (Bill) Nelson, Shirley Lehr, Dona (Buss) Hammett, Connie (Mert) Harward, Monta (Charlie) Reid, Jeanine Leftwich, Lena (Joe) Petersen and Larraine (Reed) Orton. Graveside Services, with Military Honors, will be Friday, September 2nd
