Mrs. Etney Mary Watson, 64, passed away at her home, 803 Burlington Ave., this afternoon, Monday, April 29, 1946, at 1:30 o'clock. Mrs. Watson's death followed a serious illness of one week. Born at Corydon, Harrison County, Indiana on Nov. 13, 1881. Mrs Watson had been a resident of Seward and York counties for the past 34 years. She had resided in York about two years. Surviving are two daughters, Margaret Watson of York and Mrs. Audrey Nelson of Stromsburg; three sons, Earl, David and Roy of Benedict; six grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Wiseman and Mrs. L.A. Seaton both of Louisville, KY. Her husband, Shelvie Watson, preceded her in death in 1927. One brother also preceded her in death.
