Bio

Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Eoff was the son of Jonathan Eoff and Panola Beatrice Bishop, the former a native of Arkansas and the latter a native of Texas. Frank was the third born of twelve children: Allie Beatrice (Eoff) Myers, Cora Belle (Eoff) Fondy, Benjamin Franklin Eoff, Versie (Eoff) Blakely, Velma Anne (Eoff) (Daniel) (Staton) Abel, Lella (Eoff) Wright, Frederick Horace Eoff, Luther Henry Eoff, Elza Lee Eoff, Elsie (Eoff) Rippetoe and Jay Mack Eoff, raised in Scurry County, Texas where their father farmed. Frank married Effie T Smith, the daughter of William P Smith and Sarah Jane Milligan, natives of Texas. Frank and Effie were married in Scurry County, Texas June 8, 1915. They were the parents of Eleanor Rae Eoff, William Smith "Smitty" Eoff, Geraldine Eoff and Weldon Eoff (d.y.). Frank farmed in Scurry County, Texas.
