Frederick Horace "Fred" Eoff was the seventh of twelve children born to Jonathan Eoff and Panola Beatrice Bishop, natives of Arkansas and Texas respectively. Fred's siblings were Allie Beatrice (Eoff) Myers, Cora Belle (Eoff) Fondy, Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Eoff, Versa (Eoff) Blakely, Velma Anne (Eoff) (Abel) (Staton) Daniels, Leanna (Eoff Kimble, Luther Henry "Jack" Eoff. Lucille Eoff, Elza Lee Eoff, Elsie (Eoff) Rippetoe and Jay Mack Eoff. Fred married Carrie M and they were the parents of Clayton Carl Eoff b. 1925 in Turkey, Hall County, Texas.
