Bio

Weldon Eoff was the son of Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Eoff and Effie T Smith, natives of Texas. He was the youngest of four children and brother to Eleanor Rae Eoff, William Smith "Smitty" Eoff and Geraldine Eoff residents of Scurry County, Texas. Weldon died at the age of three years and eleven months.
