Bio

BILL a twin to Carl Columbus JAYNES was born in what was then called Patton Community. He lived and raised his family in Valley Mills 91 years ; Memorial service October 23,2002 at the Patton Baptist Church. Bill was a member of the Patton Baptist Church, baptized 08/03/1923 by H.J.Huey and a 50 year Mason and a member of the John Armstrong Masonic Lodge #217 in Valley Miils. Bill was married in Crawford,TX. 08/03/1932, with this union they had four children Weldon,Betty,Tommy and Larry. He was a welder and retired in 1975. He like to tell stories, and he wanted a closed casket, he didn't want people saying he looked better dead than alive.
