Bio

Following information from obituary furnished by Find A Grave contributor Rita Balentine Hogan. Have a little more info from obit. in Waco-Tribune Herald: b. in Waco. Parents: Wad & Nannie Potts Jaynes. She was Salutatorian of her high school class & attended Baylor Univ. She was a teacher at the time she married Tobe Acord 15 Nov. 1924. She spent most of her life in Valley Mills and she and Tobe operated a cafe there for 12 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
