Son of Frank and Frances Brdecka Hlozek Husband of Martha Marie Zapalac Hlozek - children include Bob, Donald and Mike Hlozek Jerry S. Hlozek, 58, of Blessing, died Monday in a Bay City hospital. Rosary was recited at 7:30 Tuesday at Triska Funeral Home Chapel in El Campo. Funeral services were at 10 a. m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jerome Stryke officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Martha; three sons, Bob and Mike of Houston and Donals of Marietta, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Craig of Victoria and Mrs. Marie Morris of Blessing; and a grandchild.
