Bio

Edward M. Hlozek Funeral services for Edward Milfred Hlozek were held Friday, April 17, at 2 p. m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Blessing with the Rev. Jerome Stryk officiating. Interment was in the Blessing Catholic Cemetery. A rosary was recited in the Triska Chapel in El Campo on Thursday at 7 p. m. A resident of Blessing community for the past 40 years, he was born in Fayette County on November 6, 1911 and passed away at his home on April 14. He is survived by his father, Frank Hlozek of Hillje; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Craig of Victoria and Mrs. Mary Morris of Blessing and one brother, Jerry Hlozek of Blessing.
