Wentrcek of Granger, passed away in a Temple hospital this morning. He was born June 1, 1894 in Granger. He had been engaged in farming until the time of his retirement. Services will be held Friday morning at ten 9'clock at the Brethren Church in Granger with the Rev. Jesse Skrivanek officiating. Interment will be in Machu Cemetery, near Granger. The body will be at the Condra Funeral Home in Granger until shortly before service time. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Angeline Wentrcek of Granger; one son, Ed T. Wentrcek, of Granger; four sisters, Mrs. Jerry Leshikar, Mrs. Emil Janak, both of Granger, Mrs. Emilie Martinets of Bartlett and Mrs. Vlasta Mekolik of Houston; and one brother, John W. Wentrcek of Taylor. One son, Marvin Wentrcek, gave his life for his country in 1945 during World War II.
