October 6, 1965 Vestnik Expression of Sympathy Mrs. Frances Janak Sister Janak, 74 years of age, passed away suddenly at her home in Granger. She was a native of Granger, being born February 24, 1891. She was a member of the Granger Brethren Church and Lodge Komensky, SPJST. Survivors are three children, Mrs. Elizabeth Motl of Austin; two sons, Edwin Janak of Austin and Johnny Janak of Granger; three sisters, Mrs. Jerry Lesikar, Granger; Mrs. Vlasta Michalak, Houston, and Mrs. Millie Martinets of Bartlett; one brother, Johnny Wentreck of Austin and several grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 3 P.M. Sunday, September 26th, at the Granger Brethren Church, with the Rev. Frank Simcik, Jr., officiating. Burial was in the Brethren City Cemetery.
