Bio

Temple Telegram May 28, 1962. Emil Janak of Granger died at his home late Saturday night. Funeral Services are pending at the Condra Funeral Home in Granger. Janak 69, was a retired farmer and had lived in the Granger area most of his life. Survivors include his wife, a daughter Mrs. Felix Motal of Granger, two sons Johnny Janak of Granger and Sgt. Edwin Janak with the USAF, 3 brothers, Bartek Janak of Homan, Joe Janak of Bay City and Rudolph Kana of El Campo and 5 grandchildren. Emil Janak born May 7, 1893 and died May 26, 1962 He had lived in Granger for 3 years prior to his death. He was a retired farmer. His father was Bartek Janak. There was an inquest which was held at 4:30 P.M. on May 26, 1962.
